This looks bad. It appears that your scsi controller is having some
serious problems. I'd look to make sure the card is properly seated,
the cables are okay, the attached devices are okay, etc. If this is a
brand new controller, perhaps it's bad. If it's an old card, I'd be
surprised that it's suddenly going bad, controllers don't usually fail
(certainly possibly, but usually it's infant mortality or they last
forever). You could have a bad cable, or your drives are dying.
But it's definitely a scsi problem.
