I use Great Works Internet  (gwi.net).  Their pricing is reasonable,  
performance
is great, they're semi-local (Biddeford, ME), and support is superb.   
They're
in Nashua, not sure about other areas.  Far better than dealing with  
a huge
conglomerate someplace far away.
