1&1 dedicated servers

I should have specified - I'm only considering dedicated servers here,
and I generally won't even use webmin.  My preferred config tool is
bash+vim.  Heck, I only recently installed X on my home Linux box, and
that only to show family pictures to my wife's grandparents on the 36"
monitor.

Confession: OK, so I do use the CUPS web admin tool. :-)
