PHP contact manager: who's got a favorite?

Our company uses www.crmondemand.com by Siebel. It's very powerful (from
what I can tell) and does much more than just contacts. Not sure what
the pricing is, but one downfall is you need IE (or a firefox plugin to
change the useragent).
I'm not familiar with anything else, but usually always browse
freshmeat.net for what I am looking for and try out some of the top
projects in said category.
