Yep, just downloaded qcad-2.0.5.0-1-community.src.tar.gz and I get:

The change needed is in:
qcad-2.0.5.0-1-community.src/mkspecs/defs.pro:
QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_DEBUG += -pedantic
QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -pedantic
just comment out those 2 lines and it should build fine.
