The site is xhtml (transitional) with CSS used for all positioning.
Full disclosure -- F&W worked with us to build the dynamic back-end 
on this site, so I'm a touch biased. They do good work and understand 
the current technologies. Also have a good feel for when Javascript 
is and isn't suitable.
