Amazon's EC2 service

So I'm very rusty on Networking, but would there be a way to have
dynamically assigned IPs that this service essentially does for its hosts
and have it go through some VPN like network and present a different IP? I'm
thinking VPN from these EC2 hosts to some sort of router hosted somewhere
else.
