Check out RackableSystems.com.  They more or less specialize in 19" half-depth 
servers to go with their custom rack designs, but they can sell individual 
boxes too.  

I know they have good support and a few different boxes that would satisfy 
your needs, including hardware RAID.   I've been using them for about 6 
months or so.
