Oh, the motherboard I was referring to was:

HOWEVER, to get it in a 1U you have to remove the back-panel sound I/O
connector. Maybe you can find it somewhere (from DFI directly, if
your volume is large enough) without the connectors, or contract with
some PCB production guys to remove them for $X each...or find a
different MB. I didn't see any others that nice, but then I stopped
looking once I found that one. Couldn't find anywhere in the US to
order it, but the mini-itx.com guys are pretty good.
