Build and Release Person Needed

Hi All,

I am posting this on behalf of my companies engineering department. We are looking for a build and release person that is also capable of doing some systems engineering/architecture, and "technical deployment planning" (i.e. figure out how to put it all together). (1) create & maintain the build environment for linux & java
(2) create linux kernel creation environment from debian baseline
(3) help out with system load of linux kernel in terms of packaging and 
downloading
(4) work through any linux related changes - new versions coming up. how 
do we include them (if at all) in our product
(5) strong and experienced linux person - preferably Debian, but could 
also be RedHat, Fedora
(6) scripting and general tool generation would be nice
(7) knowledge of linux system capabilities
(8) java build environment since our product is based on both linux & java
(9) able to work with engineering and QA to develop best practices
