FiOS/networking question

One more thing I forgot to mention.

I have a Vonage ATA plugged into the LAN side of the Linksys WiFi
router.. Will I be able to leave it there?

 I *could* plug it into the LAN side of the D-Link ... but I'd have to
do some rewiring to pull that off.
