pdf concatenation?

Hi,

I recently scanned a bunch of dead trees.  The scanner software (from
HP on my Mac) lied and told me it was scanning everything into a
single document.  As a result, I now have 65 pages of a single
document in 65 different pdf files.  Does anyone know of a way to
merge these into a single 65-page document, such that I have but one
PDF to keep track of?
