No subject

 - Eudora
    has the contacts/mail but no calendar.

 - Opera
    only has mail/contacts for Windows but also no calendar.

 - Mail.app/iCal/Address Book
    Mail.app under Jaguar is very buggy with IMAP, has a very bad reputation
    here amongst those 'who are used to Outlook'.

I know nothing of CRMs.  I do know they liked SalesForce.com for 2
reasons; one, because they can access the data from anywhere they have
a net connection, and two, because they can run the native client
offline (i.e. on a plane) and update things then sync whenever they
get to a net connection again.

Any (good, professional) suggestions?
