Oh boy, his kids were grabbed by the child-snatchers according to this 
article, and I assume they are in foster-care. If you know anything about 
the foster-care system, it's a crap-shoot at best.

I will go out on a limb and say that I don't think Hans offed his wife; that 
she probably met with some tragic circumstance. Of course, being in the 
middle of a divorce will automatically make him look "suspicious", and quite 
frankly, I am appalled that her alleged death is already presumed before any 
evidence is found.
