Seperating networks

As it sits now I have the interface coming from the cisco router
provided by speakeasy,
and an external network interface this goes to a switch which goes to
the modified wrt54g (acting as an AP)
The other people (Deckies/ rope chokers,) are not the brightest in the
barrel, most of them are either dropouts from
the plat ops programs are do not think they could handle the math, so I
am not concerned with them looking for my
network, more i just do not want to see their shared files on their
windows machines nor for them to see mine,
the network is filtered and dhcp is assigning address based on MAC Address.
my problem is that I cant just assign a static address to a wireless
device, th ap will not let it trough, the device has to get
its address from dhcp.
my devices are as follows
Printer (HP Jet Direct) Wireless "crusher" static dhcp address
Laptop (Dual boot, Gentoo/Win Vista) Wireless "Ltcmdrdata" Static dhcp
Address
Desktop (Tri boot, Gentoo/Win XP/ Win Vista) Wired "Gordi" Static dhcp
address
Dekstop (win XP) Wireless "roomate" static dhcp address (roommate
business major believes linux sucks can not do anything, Windows rules)
Palm (Palm OS) Wireless "Padd" Dynamic dhcp

Others
Laptop (xp) "Robb" Wireless Dynamic
Laptop (xp) "Hodge" Wireless Dynamic
Desktop (xp) "Sean" Wireless Dynamic

Currently I am using 192.168.2.xxx
I only use the semi propriary stuff to run reports/browse logs
(Snort,Trafic, etc) and bring the system down for reboot
Other than that i use webmin and ssh
