DISREGARD: Has anyone seen my ATI remote RF USB dongle?

On a related note, that's actually the one device I know really well.
I bought a x-10 Lola (which is the same device, but different
slightly), and as a result, wrote a patch for Linux which made it in.
The differences between the ATI and the Lola were the keycodes
generated, so it was a fairly trivial patch (I'm not a big C
programmer by any means), but I'm quite proud to be able to claim a
real contrib to kernel level code.
