  It might accurately describe Richard Stallman.  I think he has some

  (Note well: The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics practiced
something they called "communism", but was only vaguely related to
what Karl Marx advocated.  The USSR did have socialist attributes, but
their government had far more to do with simple authoritarian fascism
than strict Marxist communism.)

  I suspect the blurb, like most such, was carefully crafted to be as
provocative as possible.  The blurb is supposed get you to buy/rent
the movie, not accurately describe the movie.  That's capitalism for
you.  ;-)
