PVR-150 (1042, 1045, 1062)?

I believe it was the 1062, aka the PVR-150 Multimedia Center Edition.  
It's designed to work with the Microsoft Windows XP Media Center  
operating system, I believe, but will also work with superior OSes  
like Fedora.

Yeah, I've seen the local Circuit City offer the rebate deal twice in  
late 2006. It was in their printed circular in the Sunday paper and  
was, iirc, $109.99 at the cashier where they printed mail-in rebates  
for $20 from hauppauge (the manufacturer) and $30 from Circuit City,  
so it was $59.99 after rebates.
