It would be interesting sometime to hear what you've found and what  
they don't do that you need.

Once upon a time I wrote a tool that took a Dia .xml.gz file and  
created postgresql ddl from it.  That wasn't too complicated.  Going  
the other way is probably harder; time to break out the graph  
algorithms.
