Local power cable source (NEMA 5-15 to IEC C19)

I was wondering if anyone had any pointers to a local shop that had power 
cables with a male 5-15 connector ("standard" three prong) on one end and a 
female C19 connector on the other (three flat prongs, in parallel, in a
rectangular connector)?  I apologize if this is a bit off-topic but it is
for a Linux machine so there is some relevance :)
