Used batteries, free to a good home

I thought a hobbyist might still have use for these batteries. I pulled
them out of a client's second-hand APC 900 VA UPS, as they were not the
OEM batteries and they were of an unknown capacity. If anyone would like
to have them, let me know, otherwise I'll take them to the recycling center.

Each battery is approximately 6 lbs and 5"W x 2.5"D x 3.75"H

Panasonic LC-R127R2P
Constant Voltage Charge

Portalac Rechargeable Lead-Acid Battery PE12V7.2 12V 7.2AH

These were wired in series as a 24V source. They use standard 1/4" lugs.

Both batteries have been powering a UPS for several years and did keep
the server running when the lights go out, at least for the few
minutes they've been called into service. The client is in an area of
especially bad power service and sees power blinks a couple times a day.
Since they're running their business on the server run by this UPS, we
thought it wise to replace the batteries, though they could have a fair
amount of life left in them.

If anyone would like to take them off my hands, drop me a line off-list.
I'm in Contoocook, though I'd be glad to bring them to a LUG meeting.
