Ditto.  It's really easy to setup too:

   yum -y install yum-priorities

These settings seem to work for me:

   [core]
   ...
   priority=1

   [updates]
   ...
   priority=1

   [extras]
   ....
   priority=2

   [freshrpms]
   ...
   priority=3

   [dries]
   ...
   priority=3

Doing a 'yum upgrade' often requires --noplugins though to finalize  
all the dependencies.  Not quite sure why.

And atrpms stays disabled unless I turn it on manually.
