Cell Phone question, maybe not linux specific?

What is the carrier?
This is very important as Verizon likes to lock out a lot of the
features you're looking to do.
I was able to enable a lot of them on my wife's Razr but it required
some hacking around on a windows box (since that's what the software
ran on)
