I'm putting together a new server with a SuperMicro board and it has  
better serial port redirection than most others I've used, which have  
ranged from abysmal to passible.  SuperMicro at least supports a  
bunch of terminal emulation types right in the BIOS menu.
ILO ought to be the cheapest, though I haven't done much with it  
yet.  Anybody here well-versed?
