Ah, sorry, I didn't comprehend TFQ.

I used to work with previous generations of this company's gear:

and they were pretty good.  The current models 'contain open source  
software. Please view the GPL license for more information.' which is  
probably a good sign.

You didn't say, 'cheap', right?
