Pearson's monthly newsletter

InformIT, the Pearson Education user group liason, sends out a monthly 
newsletter that includes occasional promotions, user group discounts, 
and announcements of new books. Thanks to Bill McGonigle for spotting 
that it was also available online, as I was hard-pressed to forward the

I see they have some video 'casts available on Open Source, including 
some neat stuff on SQL Alchemy with Mark Ramm, Mr. TurboGears. 
Unfortunately, they have them in AAC mono and H.264 MPEG4, which won't 
play on my Linux box. Looks good on my Mac, though. If you've got a way 
to watch QuickTime, you may find them valuable.
