Yes, but you can choose a "from" that includes to:, cc: and bcc.
Then additional rules to filter that down

You'll have to play around with it a bit to refine it.

It'd be nice to have a procmail equiv.

As an alternate, how about setting up a gmail account just to subscribe to
mailing lists?
