[NLC] Filter on cc field in Outlook ?

But it doesn't work.  Outlook does not allow me to add
help-octave at octave.org to the "people-distribution" list.   Also if I
could add it I could only add it to the "from" but not the "cc" field.
I.e. I cannot choose cc.

Then additional rules to filter that down
 
You'll have to play around with it a bit to refine it.

It'd be nice to have a procmail equiv.

As an alternate, how about setting up a gmail account just to subscribe
to mailing lists?

[Labitt, Bruce] It is sounding more and more like a good idea.  It just
annoys me that something simple (on other email clients) is so difficult
to do...
