There is an ubuntu friendly package.  Just download the .deb package and
double click on it or `dpkg --install webmin*.deb` from the command line.  I
don't know of a repo for it yet, but updates for webmin can be done from
within webmin.

I know nothing of the afformentioned ebox, but webmin is a piece of cake to
get into and start using: just set a root password with `sudo passwd root`
then https://localhost:10000
