Phones for Asterisk and single-pair old phone wiring?

What do you have feeding the Nortel box now from the Telco?  If you  
can't get a proper VoIP card for your PBX you probably have to  
pretend to be the telephone company with the Asterisk box.  If it's  
analog there are a bunch of Etherent to FXO adapters out there.   
Digital is probably easier, though I haven't worked with the parts  
myself.
