It looks like it still is... at least Netcraft says so.   hrm, I  
could have sworn they presented their infrastructure at LinuxWorld

Yeah, well, there's only so much you can do without a scalable  
architecture.  It's funny, my Firefox URL cache has learned 'Twitter  
- Over Capacity' as the permanent title for 'twitter.com'.
