It is a La Crosse WS-3610.  It uses a 433MHz link to talk to an external
temperature, rain guage, wind speed and wind direction cluster.  It also
has indoor temperature, barometer and humidity (or maybe humidity was
outdoor, but I don't think so) and has a WWVB receiver.  It does limited
internal logging.
