How Apple makes more profit on their systems...

Apple's hardware tends to last longer too.

I have Mac IIci systems still running.  They stopped making them in 1991.  I
also have Sun Sparcs, and an SGI Indy from that era still working.

My mini will be running long after the standard PC of the same speed has
died.
