MV.com is shutting down May 1st

Indeed, my very first FQDN was bcah.mv.com. I've maintained a standby
dialup account there ever since, and actually used it a couple of
years ago following the ice storm when nothing but the phones and my
own generator worked (until the batteries in Fairpoint's SAI died,
anyway).

They have been wonderful to do business with and will be greatly missed.
