Hey, all.  We've used OTRS as our ticketing system for quite a few years;
finally, its overall fugliness made us switch to GLPI sure looked nice,
but lacked some features.  If you've ever used OTRS, you'll know It Does
Everything.  The primary problem (IMHO) was that it was
almost-but-not-quite user hostile.

Well, the new version is out, and DAMN, but did it get a facelift.  3.x
looks -- and acts -- nice.  A truly pleasant interface, much easier to
look into tickets, deal with them, etc.  If you've been pondering a
ticketing system, I strongly suggest kicking the tires on OTRS -- but be
sure it's v. 3.x or higher.
