  One can look at it that way.

  I was taking a lower number of unqualified yes votes as more
significant than combined yes+if_need_be votes.  More people were more
positive about the first two.  So I eliminated Sept 8 on that basis.

  I also considered scoring if_need_be as 0.5, in which case the totals are:

Aug 11 = 9
Sept 1 = 9.5
Sept 8 = 8

  So it might be fair to say Sept 1 has a very slight edge.  OTOH,
it's very close.

  The big question mark, to me, is the Drupal offer.  Joining forces
is cooperative and may put less of a load on our hosts.  OTOH, DTVZ
makes a good point.  ;-)  I also don't understand the DrupalNH
food/payment arrangements that were mentioned.
