Wifi and wireless camera setup

Hi all,

I run a PC with IPCOP between my cable modem and my home net.

I have a Netgear wireless connected to the home net side of the IPCOP PC.

The IPCOP is doing dhcp for the home net and the Netgear is doing dhcp for
wireless world.

Each segment has a different ip, home net being something like
192.168.xx.### and the wireless being 192.168.yy.###.

So I take my Foscam camera and connect to the wired side of things and it
gets an ip and all is good. I can connect to it via a browser (on the wired
side). It sees the wireless net so I configure it to use it.

I then disconnect the cable and power cycle the camera. But the Netgear
appears to never see the camera. (one time I thought the Netgear showed the
MAC of the camera in the connected devices, but with no IP assigned.

I'm out of ideas and looking for trouble shooting ideas...
