I think Calibre can do what you want. It supports many book formats.

There is a plug-in that can remove the DRM from Adobe ebooks, allowing
Calibre to convert them to other formats.

However, the de-DRM procedure requires Adobe Digital Editions, which
doesn't have a Linux version AFAIK. Apparently DE will run under Wine, but
I haven't tried this myself.
