What I thought was really great about hammer diagram was that
it was offering a _definition_ of "tool":

	A tool addresses human needs by amplifying human capabilities.
	That is, a tool converts what we _can do_ into what we _want to
	do_. A great tool is designed to fit both sides.

... and that a corollary of that definition of "tool" is: a tool that
_doesn't_ fit both sides, that _doesn't_ amplify the user capabilities
to match their needs is actually not just "not a great tool"; it's not
just "a poor tool"; it is "not even a tool". A tool that doesn't meet
either capabilities or needs is not "wrong", it's "not even wrong".
