Virtual machine host provider recommendations

DigitalOcean (my current employer) fits those requirements. There
is a default block on SMTP on IPv6, but support (or myself) can
remove that.

I recently went through a similar transition, moving my personal
websites off of a colocated server with SpectraAccess (now
SingleDigits) in Manchester to a number of DigitalOcean droplets
(our cute term for a VPS.) Thus far I've not had any issues.

If you would like to use DO, I can hook you up with a referral
code for some money off.
