Known good wireless Linux Keyboard & Mouse combos?

If you want Logitech, then you should be able to filter on features in
their website (here's their combos page:
https://www.logitech.com/en-us/combos).

I like the MX master mice. I think I have 2 MX Master 2's. Looks like the
Master 3 now uses USB-C where the 2 and earlier use microUSB for charging.

Not sure where you got the impression that they are moving away from
Unifying. I'm using a Unifying dongle for my MX Master 2, the 3 says BT or
Unifying, I spot checked the MK850 you mentioned and MK900, and both say
Unifying and we have a ton of H800 headsets that are also BT or Unifying.

I do have users with Logi keyboards, but personally I really like the MS
split keyboards.

I use all of these devices with Linux (primarily Ubuntu, and some
RHEL/CentOS), macOS and Windows 10.
