SOFTWARE QA AND SUPPORT ENGINEER 

Founded in 2000, Renesys Corporation provides global Internet 
stability and integrity monitoring services that allow Internet-dependent 
businesses to maintain secure and reliable Internet connections. Renesys 
is a privately held company with offices in Manchester, NH, Hanover, NH, 
and Washington, DC.

At Renesys, you'd be responsible for manual and automated testing of 
Web services APIs and Web interfaces, documentation of problems, 
assessment of their impact, and tracking their resolution with the 
development team.  You'd also work with customers to provide developers 
with critical enduser feedback.  You'd work in our Manchester, NH office.  
  
Requirements: 

  -- 3+ years working in software QA, support, or a related discipline; 
      at least one year of which has been focused on the special 
      challenges of testing or supporting web applications
       
  -- strong development skills in one or more modern scripting languages:
      Perl, Ruby, Python

  -- excellent technical and nontechnical communications skills 

  -- familiarity with and comfort working in an open source development 
     environment: Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Mozilla/Firefox  

  -- flexibility and adaptivity to meet the requirements of a fast-moving 
     hosted services development environment
