ENGINEERING POSITIONS

*** Sustaining Software Engineer ***

TECH SUPPORT POSITIONS:

*** Technical Support Specialist ***

Russound's Technical Support team is seeking experienced, motivated 
individuals to join our team. Responsible for customer service and 
support troubleshooting hardware and installation software, provide 
product information and offer system design solutions.

The right candidate should be eager to assist customers via telephone 
and e-mail and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We are 
looking for a team player with 1-3 years of technical support, customer 
service, or professional custom installation experience. Ideal candidate 
will have knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and/or SSH support. 
Experience providing support for Windows-based applications, TCP/IP, and 
RS232 protocols a plus.

Willingness to learn audio/video or prior experience in audio/video is a 
must.
