I would agree... sounds like a no-brainer.

My opinion is this: when it comes to PPM, unless you're talking laser
it's pretty irrelevant.  Now, if something is incredibly slow that's a
different story, but we're talking about probably a minor difference. 
Are you printing a ton of pictures?  At 10 or 20 every month I can't
imagine even a difference of 5 ppm is going to be impactful.  How many
times have you changed printer cartridges?  I think I've done it maybe
twice?  Buy the cheapie!  :-)
