Apache has me perplexed.

I should pay more attention. I just checked the permissions of 
/home/jason/public_html. I didn't look at the permissions of 
/home/jason, which were more restrictive.

The last three days have been going like that for me, when it comes to 
tech. I think I'm going to take a break for a few days.
