looking to buy 2 linux workstations

I'm looking to buy 2 modest linux desktop PCs plus a 19" monitor.

I need a workstation and internal web-server to use in a small business
for web development, file-sharing, backup, CVS, intranet.

I went to Dell.com, and despite their much-ballyhooed relationship with
RedHat, you can't just buy any Dell computer with +RedHat -Microsoft tax 
workstation from them. (They have what looks like complex setup process 
for an enterprise that wants to order 1,000 workstations.)

I went to WalMart.com to check out the Lindows and Mandrake PCs, but
there are few configuration options, and the machines are pretty weak, 
really aimed at the home user.

I was thinking of going to newegg.com to order parts for custom building
them but I don't want to spend the time to build and install, or run 
into incompatibility problems that someone else has already worked out.

I guess I should try IBM and HP, but I'm wondering if there is a local 
shop or other source that you know?
