Yep. According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer

"The agreement, which Microsoft entered under to head off potential
litigation, will put between $10 million and $20 million into the
hands of The SCO Group, of Lindon, Utah, said a source close to the
deal."
Seems a lot for a license that they have no obvious use for.
