That doesn't make them right.. Besides, it wasn't like the barn was the
type you see in pretty barn pictures, plus like you said, the strip mall
across the street.
I remember there was a story on NPR where this guy bought swamp land for
next to nothing because it was, welll, SWAMP LAND..
Anyway, he sued the government to either develop the land, or get the
money that the land would be worth if he could develop it.. and he WON.
He ended up getting like 2 million dollars from it.. I wish I could find
the story..
