looking for Word 2000 "Review Toolbar" equivalent in OpenOffice

The Reviewing toolbar, on the View menu and not the edit menu in my copy of
Word (2002), combines the reviewing functions of the "Track Changes" menu
(replacing a modal operation with a non-modal one) and the separate
commenting facility that lets you stick little yellow sticky notes (aren't
they patented <g>?) in the document. There's a bunch of other stuff the
toolbar does, too, including letting you change which elements are visible
and displaying a "Revision Pane." For the comments, when reviewed in OO.o,
floating the mouse over the much smaller yellow rectangle displays the
comment. The equivalent command in OO.o is Insert | Note, and to edit it,
place your cursor inside the note and select the unintuitive Insert | Note
again.
If you really, really want to create a similar toolbar in OO.o, I think you
could start with the Tools | Customize option and create your own
user-defined toolbar that maps equivalent functionality. I've done a touch
of StarBasic macro work, up to creating simple toolbar buttons, but I don't
want to spend too much time answering a question you didn't ask.
If the question is "Is there a matching Reviewers Toolbar in OpenOffice.org"
the answer is no. If the question is "how can I do the equivalent, with a
little work on my part," well, I'll let you ask that question if you're
really interested <s>.

Subject: looking for Word 2000 "Review Toolbar" equivalent in OpenOffice
In Word 2000 if I navigate thusly:
Edit -> Toolbars -> Reviewing
I get a toolbar that allows me to see a reviewer's comments on a
document.
Is there equivalent functionality in OpenOffice 1.1? I checked but
nothing obvious presented itself.
Note: this functionality is different than the "track changes"
feature. I know about this. I guess that I'm asking about something
else. BTW, I have confirmed that "show changes" in OpenOffice doesn't
show me the reviewer's changes.
Thanks for your help,
