Well, since Samba is p.i.t.a. to interoperate with Kerberos, we don't
use Samba here.  Fortunately, the Windows AFS client isn't too bad,
so, anyone who needs to do secure file sharing uses that.
So, like I said before, It's now safely behind the SEP shield.
